I haven’t found the courage to publish a solo Ruby Caine book in ages. Aside from some historical projects with my Best Writing Friend Forever, Pippa Greathouse, I debated giving up writing all together. You see, I had been burned by someone I trusted in the publishing business. I started to doubt myself and slowly separated from my dream life as a romance writer.
Then Rayanna Jamison reminded me I promised to submit a book for the Stateside Dom series. She coaxed me into at least try to trust again. She mentored me until I polished my first Ruby Caine book in years. It’s quite naughty. I pushed personal boundaries and produced a reverse harem set in my home state of Louisiana.
It may flop. It may soar. But I’m back, friends. I missed you all so much.
